I’ve been a customer of mind-body-spirit with Chris Broomes as my trainer for very close to two years. I literally limped into Chris’s workout facility to begin training in February, 2021. After a traumatic ankle break, I was looking to regain mobility, strength, and balance back. Chris was very patient and started me from scratch, a lot of routines that require balance, flexibility, and lots of stretching. Once he felt my ankle was strong enough we moved on to gaining strength and mobility in my lower body extremity, upper body, and core. I started with three sessions per week and reduced to two sessions a week as I grew stronger. Each session was never the same and always very challenging. Almost two years later, I have my balance back, mobility, and endurance that I never had, and much stronger than I was when I limped in there. I owe it all to Chris for his patience, his constant push, and encouragement. I hear all the time, “Wow, you look great, what have you been doing?” I would encourage anyone, if you’re considering Chris for a personal trainer, to think no more, sign up, you won’t regret it. You will regret it if you don’t!

When I had my first child, I endured gestational diabetes.With my second, the pregnancy ended early due to hypertension issues. I was determined to enter my third pregnancy healthy and vibrant. With Chris’ help, I dramatically decreased my body fat and lowered my blood pressure. I enjoyed a full-term third pregnancy with no issues and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.
